From your everyday schedule do you ever take time out to realize, how blessed you are? Do you ever long for more? Of course you do, and that is human nature. But do you know that there are people who do not get a proper food a day, people who wear same clothes every day, who walk barefoot on streets and children who do not go to school. And when you do realize, what you have is more than what many people get, you surely get a feeling that you are blessed.

It's quite sad to know that we can do very less about blaming. It's an on-going process causing resentment, hatred and shame. What can be done is, it can at the least be avoided. Here are few tips on how to stop blaming others and why to

According to Oxford, blaming is to declare that someone else or something, is responsible for a fault. It is when a person or things next to you who/which have led you to indirectly/directly come up with a wrong outcome. Sometimes people make mistakes and we need to acknowledge it. But some people blame others even for their own mistakes. Not everyone is equally likely to engage in a blame game, but there are very little researches to tell about on who is likely to do so.

Reasons why we blame others.

1. It's very easy: One of the easiest hacks is to blame someone else than to accept a responsibility. Your defense nature tells you to blame someone or something. And sometimes you yourself aren't sure that you ARE blaming someone. You just don't want to get into trouble and blaming is way easier than getting into a penalty from your boss, teachers or superior personnel.

2.Blame is number one defense mechanism: Whatever you call it- denial, refusal or displacement, blaming helps you to preserve the sense of self-esteem. "A high rank officer/ a good student should never make mistakes" are the kinds of misconception that we face in our daily lives. Due to mindsets like this, it is hard to put the blame in our head.

3.Blame is a tool that we use in an attack-mode: You have someone at your class/work/anywhere who you don't like, so to hurt his/her feelings, you blame them. Easy! Accusing others might give the feeling of peace and security to that person.

It's quite sad to know that we can do very less about blaming. It's an on-going process causing resentment, hatred and shame. What can be done is, it can, at the least be avoided. Here are few tips on how to stop blaming others and why to

1. It makes us a negative person: Blaming others clearly puts us into a negative zone. It makes us the negative person from top to bottom.

2. It creates resentment to the blamed person: It creates quite a bad impact on the ones who has been blamed, especially for no reason and even if there is a reason. It creates resentment among the blamer and the blamed one.

Blaming shows that you have a low-esteem. It makes you look not confident enough and an irresponsible human being. Here are few researches on how to stop blaming:-

1.Have an alert mind and be aware of when you are blaming and for what reason: Remind yourself every time that you are about to put the blame on someone. Was it really the other one's fault or don't you just want to take the responsibility?

2.Start being responsible: Once you try being a mature human being, you take responsibilities for you and your faults. Not only doing a task is a responsibility but also to not blame others for your mistakes is one of them. When we refuse to blame and choose to be responsible, we regain our power. Life is simple when we're being responsible for our actions. Always make a choice to be a responsible human being.

3.Don't be afraid to own up your faults: It is hard to accept our fault but owning up to it lets you make a correction in the next situation when there's something wrong. You will be more careful than the last time and puts you into a path of being a human. Like said everywhere, we are Human Beings and we make mistakes and there's nothing wrong with making mistakes (sometime).
