IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES/ PARENTS WHO SUBMIT FORMS DOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET
- Please submit the duly filled downloaded forms from Chaitra 1, 2074 to Chaitra 7, 2074 (i.e. March 15 – 21, 2018). Please note that, these downloaded forms will not be received after the above-mentioned date. However, hardcopy of the form may be obtained from the school office up to 13th Chaitra, 2074 (i.e. 27th March, 2018), on working days during office hours.
- After the payment of the processing fees, the duly filled downloaded forms will be received at Dhapakhel (NOT in Sanepa) between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents at the time
- a. Copy of Mark sheet (1st & 2nd term) c. One Photographs (PP size)
- b. Copy of Birth Certificate
- The duly completed forms must be submitted within the due date during office hours at Dhapakhel (NOT IN SANEPA), failing which the form will not be processed. Incomplete or invalid application forms will not be accepted. We request the presence of a parent while submitting the form.
