Admission Process FAQs

Admission opens from 1st Chaitra, 2076 (14th March, 2020) with the distribution of admission forms.

Admission is generally taken in grades 1 and 4. If vacancies are created due to withdrawal in other grades, only hostellers are taken in to fill the vacancy.

A written admission test and interview are conducted and successful candidates are admitted on merit basis.

Applications are accepted for incoming 1st and 4th grade students. Students who have graduated successfully from pre-school and are not less than 6 years and more than 6 and half years can apply. In case of grade IV successful candidates of grade III can apply.

At the time of purchasing the form, information regarding form submission will be given to you.

If you are late sending in your application it may not be accepted. This could mean that your child might miss out on a place that he/she has applied for.

Lunch is be provided for students from grades 1 to 6.

Yes, it is available to and fro the designated stops.

The school hours:
Primary (1 – 5) is 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Grades (6 – 10) is 9:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Selection is made depending on merit; hence, it is likely that any child can be on the waiting list.

You will be given three days time to complete all formalities failing which the first child on the waiting list will be given a chance.

Fee structure varies across grades and hostellers. You will be provided a copy of the fee structure at the time of receiving the form.
